About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our sales team. This internship provides hands-on experience in sales, customer relationship management, lead generation, and business development. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, possesses strong communication skills, and is interested in building a career in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist the sales team in identifying and generating new business opportunities.
  2. Research potential customers and maintain prospect databases.
  3. Support lead generation activities through email, phone, and social media outreach.
  4. Schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients.
  5. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  6. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  7. Conduct market and competitor research.
  8. Assist in customer relationship management and account support.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales campaigns.
  10. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team activities.

Requirements

Education

  1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.

Skills

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  3. Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace.
  5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Previous internship, project work, or extracurricular experience related to sales, marketing, or customer service.
