Our Story

Vijaya Dairy did not start as a business. It started as a promise. In 1965, the farmers of Krishna District came together to put pure, fresh milk on every kitchen table — and to make sure the families who milked the cows earned a fair living for it.

The foundation was the Krishna District Milk Producers' Mutually Aided Co-operative Union — a farmer-owned structure where every member family has a say, every rupee earned flows back to the village, and no middleman stands between the farm and the price.

Six decades later, that promise still runs the dairy. Over 1,50,000 farmer families own this co-operative. Every litre of Vijaya milk goes through their hands first, and every sale comes back to support them, their cattle and their villages.

From a modest beginning, Vijaya has grown into one of the most trusted dairy names in Andhra Pradesh — not by chasing growth, but by being answerable to the two families at either end of every pouch: the farmer who filled it and the household that opened it.

Step 01Village Collection
Milk is collected every morning from farmer families at village-level Bulk Milk Coolers (BMCs) — weighed, tested, and chilled to 4°C within minutes of milking.
Step 02Quality Testing
Each batch is screened in certified labs for fat, SNF, adulterants and antibiotics. A single failed sample stops the entire batch — no exceptions.
Step 03Processing & Packaging
Stainless flash pasteurisers and automated packaging lines operate in sealed clean rooms — no human contact, no adulterants, every pouch sealed at source.
Step 04Cold Chain Delivery
Refrigerated vans keep milk between 2–4°C from the dairy to every retail point — a continuous cold corridor so freshness never breaks across Andhra Pradesh.
